3 pounds of chicken wings
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (for extra spice)
For the Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
⅓ cup honey
⅓ cup Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch (to thicken the sauce)
For Garnish:
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

How to Make It


Step 1: Prepare the Wings

Heat the oven – Set it to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dry the wings
